• Manage key accounts and drive growth for Glaucoma and Dry Eye portfolios.
• Field-based role covering Manitoba and Saskatchewan; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Build trusting customer relationships and expand product awareness.
• Develop strategic business plans to increase market share.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage territory budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years sales/marketing experience; pharma sales required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and key account management skills.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
