Remote Appointment Setter

Inner Circle Academy is hiring a remote Appointment Setter, with on-target earnings of $4,000 to $6,000+ per month from a $1,000 base plus commission and bonuses. You will call warm leads from our paid ads and webinars and book qualified calls for our closers. You must be available to work full-time during a North American timezone.

• You are a confident phone communicator who enjoys high-volume outreach and can handle 250 dials a day.
• You thrive in a high-ticket sales environment and are motivated by commission you earn.
• You are coachable, organized, and comfortable working in a CRM.
• You bring experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or in inside sales.
• You are interested in ecommerce, Amazon FBA, or AI-powered business.
• You are available to work full-time during EST hours.

• $1,000 monthly base plus 4% commission on cash collected.
• $20 per showed call and $50 per low ticket sale while setting.
