Dallas Remote Client Growth Specialist — Sales & Relationships

Scale Sales Teams is expanding our fully remote sales organization with a Dallas, Texas opening. We work with consultants, agencies, and online businesses that want to strengthen client acquisition through trained sales teams, dependable sales processes, and AI-supported systems.

This role is about understanding the person on the other side of the conversation. You'll meet with prospective clients, learn what they're trying to achieve, and help them evaluate whether our services are a good match.

• Meet with scheduled prospects over Zoom or phone and lead thoughtful discovery conversations.
• Ask questions to understand a prospective client's goals, obstacles, and sales process.
• Explain relevant solutions clearly, address concerns professionally, and guide appropriate opportunities toward a decision.
• Follow up with interested prospects and document next steps in the CRM.
• Work alongside the sales team, use established frameworks, and improve through regular feedback.

You communicate clearly, listen before pitching, stay organized, and follow through. Experience in remote sales, appointment setting, closing, business development, customer service, or consulting is useful. We value people who take coaching seriously and can work independently while contributing to a team.

This is a full-time, fully remote sales opening associated with Dallas, TX. Our process includes warm, scheduled conversations rather than independent cold calling or manual lead hunting. We use practical training and technology to support the human side of selling.

This is a salary position with a listed range of $2,567 to $3,567 per week. Exact compensation terms will be discussed during the hiring process.
