Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Globaltize (Internal Role)

Globaltize is a fast-growing international recruitment company that helps businesses hire top global talent. We are looking for an internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by confirming appointments, following up with no-shows and cancellations, re-engaging leads, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Experience: 1+ years in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, call center, SDR, BDR, or a similar phone-based role preferred

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: Competitive base salary plus excellent commission earning structure

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to leads and prospects from our dialer.
• Call upcoming appointments to confirm attendance and increase show rates.
• Follow up with leads who booked appointments but did not show.
• Call leads who canceled appointments and work to get them rebooked.
• Re-engage older leads and opportunities that previously expressed interest but did not move forward.
• Set qualified appointments for Globaltize’s sales team.
• Follow up consistently through phone calls, SMS, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Use provided scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and sales processes in their conversations.
• Learn how to quickly identify prospect needs and communicate why speaking with Globaltize could be valuable.
• Handle basic objections and encourage prospects to schedule or reschedule a call with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, follow-up tasks, and appointment information inside our CRM.
• Work inside dialer tools, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and other sales technology provided by Globaltize.
