Contractor Account Onboarding Assistant

Help new contractor customers set up accurate business account records and understand how to work with Turf Casa.

This remote role supports Turf Casa's Lakeway, Texas office and coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams when relevant. Work must be performed from an employer-approved U.S. location; eligibility for your work location must be confirmed during hiring. This is not physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work.

Full-time, with part-time considered based on staffing needs. Weekly hours and required coverage with the Lakeway team will be confirmed during hiring. Paid training is provided.

Base pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour. Starting pay within this range will depend on relevant skills and experience.

• Collect business contact, billing-contact and account-setup information through approved forms.
• Check required setup fields, route exceptions to the account owner and track approvals without granting credit or discounts.
• Walk approved customers through account access and the ordering handoff using company guidance.
• Coordinate account-specific instructions with sales and fulfillment before the first order is released.

• Clear written communication and careful handling of business contact information.
• Comfort learning forms, spreadsheets and customer account tools; no turf-industry experience required.

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
• Part‑time employees: prorated paid time off.
• Paid training.
• Schedules provided two weeks in advance where practical.
• A pay review after 90 days; a raise is not guaranteed.
• Employee product discounts, subject to approved product margins.
