Join a growing logistics and freight forwarding company specializing in air cargo transportation and freight coordination. As the company continues to expand its client base and strengthen business relationships, it's looking for a driven and resilient professional to help introduce its services to prospective customers.
As an Outbound Cold Caller, you'll be the first point of contact for potential business clients, playing a key role in generating new opportunities and supporting the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the determination to succeed. Whether you're just starting your career or already have sales experience, you'll receive the training and support needed to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective business clients and leads.
- Introduce the company's logistics and freight forwarding services using provided scripts and guidelines.
- Qualify potential leads by asking key questions about their shipping and freight needs.
- Schedule discovery calls and follow-up meetings for the sales and account management team.
- Handle and process the billing and collections.
- Accurately document call outcomes, contact details, and notes in the CRM or Excel spreadsheets.
- Send professional follow-up emails after customer conversations.
- Handle initial objections professionally while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity goals, including calls made, qualified leads, and appointments booked.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome—prior sales experience is not required if you have the drive and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with clear pronunciation and strong conversational confidence.
- Spanish fluency is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a high-energy, positive attitude.
- Resilient, target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general computer navigation.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet home office, and a quality headset with a microphone.
- Availability to work full-time hours aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or outbound dialing software.
- General knowledge of or interest in the logistics and transportation industry.
This is a great opportunity to build a career with a growing logistics company that values attitude, determination, and potential just as much as experience. You'll receive the training, guidance, and support needed to develop your sales skills while working alongside a collaborative remote team.
If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, embraces new challenges, and wants to grow in a fast-paced industry, you'll have the chance to make a real impact while developing valuable experience in business development and logistics.
