SHE Advisor role at Kier Group

We're looking for a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you'll champion the highest standards of SHEA compliance across the business. Due to the nature of this position, a full driving licence is essential.

Twyford, Buckinghamshire – travel to the office required with some remote working available.

Permanent full‑time, 45 hours per week. Some flexibility on hours available if desired.

£38,000 to £43,000 per year + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefits. We offer a wide variety of benefits that can be tailored to your needs.

• Promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported quickly and effectively investigated, contributing to Incident Review Boards and Panels.
• Manage the reporting and review of SHEA accidents/ incidents on the contract.
• Assist in evaluating staff to ensure their capacity, capability, and competency are consistently maintained.

• Experience working in a similar role in construction.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above).
