Execute and continually improve the Quality Management Program operational processes, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies that effectively track, monitor, and report quality of RCSA and delivery. Provide subject matter expertise in statistical reporting and interpreting findings to facilitate practical solutions and recommendations. Note – to be considered for this role, candidates must be able to work in one of the following Truist office locations 4-5 days per week:
