*** We are hiring a
** Biologicals Agronomist, Specialty Crops
** to join our team in Turkiye.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provides technical expertise to the customer in the development and application of products, processing techniques, and resolution of complex problems.
* Technical resource to sales professionals, distributors, customers and other internal/external partners.
* Contributes technical expertise to translating product data into effective marketing and sales tools.
* To prepare protocols to support product positions and/or to work with consultants and contractors to realize and report projects.
* To make the necessary field analyses of the plants defined in the area, to report them and to determine suitable trial areas.
* May assist organization with environmental and regulatory product issues, product improvements, competitive positioning of existing product offerings and new business product developments.
* May work closely with technology and marketing by providing voice of customer relative to product performance and expectations of product attributes.

** Izmir or Antalya, Turkiye (Remote based position)
** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
*** Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similar field.
* At least 3 years of experience in Agronomy within biologicals, speciality crops
* Knowledge of nutrition, physiology, biological and application technologies.
* Fluent in Turkish.
* Business Proficiency in English
* Effective use of computers and MS Office.
