We’re looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst who thrives on accuracy, organization, and turning complex environmental data into clear, compliant reports. This is a fully remote role where your attention to detail helps keep remediation projects on track—and in compliance.

As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a critical behind‑the‑scenes role supporting environmental remediation projects across the country.
Your Day‑to‑Day Work Will Include- Preparing and submitting regulatory reports to the EPA, state DEQs, and local agencies.
- Compiling, validating, and interpreting environmental data (soil, groundwater, air, surface water).
- Translating technical monitoring results into clear, compliant narratives, tables, and summaries.
- Managing reporting calendars to ensure deadlines are met—every time.
- Tracking project milestones and including progress updates in reports.
- Collaborating with engineers, scientists, labs, consultants, and project managers.
- Maintaining organized records for compliance and audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in the environmental or oil & gas industry.
- Strong technical writing skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret and apply environmental regulations.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Background as a Geologist, Engineer, or Scientist in environmental remediation.
- Familiarity with state‑level environmental regulations.
- Project management experience.
- 100% remote position.
