$34.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Pay: $34.00–$44.00 per hour

Reports to: Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a critical behind‑the‑scenes role supporting environmental remediation projects across the country.

Your Day‑to‑Day Work Will Include
  • Preparing and submitting regulatory reports to the EPA, state DEQs, and local agencies.
  • Compiling, validating, and interpreting environmental data (soil, groundwater, air, surface water).
  • Translating technical monitoring results into clear, compliant narratives, tables, and summaries.
  • Managing reporting calendars to ensure deadlines are met—every time.
  • Tracking project milestones and including progress updates in reports.
  • Collaborating with engineers, scientists, labs, consultants, and project managers.
  • Maintaining organized records for compliance and audit readiness.
What You Bring Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the environmental or oil & gas industry.
  • Strong technical writing skills and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret and apply environmental regulations.
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Nice to Have
  • Background as a Geologist, Engineer, or Scientist in environmental remediation.
  • Familiarity with state‑level environmental regulations.
  • Project management experience.
