• Develop rigorous study designs, including experimental and quasi-experimental approaches for various projects
• Advise on and implement design and analysis plans, interpreting findings for diverse audiences
• Serve as lead author for technical reports, publications, and proposals
• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of work products prior to client submission
• Maintain effective communication with clients and act as a recognized expert in project content and methodology

• Doctorate in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Public Policy, or related field
• 10+ years of post-graduate experience in applied study design and analysis
• Proficiency with software such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS, or Stata
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities

• Expertise in complex research and evaluation designs, including randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental methods
• Hands-on experience conducting advanced quantitative analyses and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with evidence-based standards and PreK–20 education policies in the U.S.
• Experience in state or federal consulting environments
• Demonstrated interest in business development activities, including capture and proposal writing
