The Games Stage Group is seeking a QA Manager to lead top‑quality, intuitive, and exciting testing initiatives. In this role you will work closely with engineers across multiple teams, connect with game studios, and shape the entire development cycle to ensure high quality from start to finish.

You will also collaborate closely with Netflix testing automation groups to expand systems and focus on automation versus manual testing.

• Lead and champion the core aims of our foundation while fostering QA standards, norms, and cycles.
• Work closely with Netflix testing automation groups to enhance existing systems for Game Stage needs.
• Educate and evangelize quality assurance standards to designers.
• Improve execution of projects using appropriate frameworks, tools, and strategies.
• Maintain cross‑disciplinary collaboration and impact.
• Motivate, create, lead, and mentor QA colleagues toward individual and group excellence.
• Champion the use of advanced skills for the Game Stage QA group.
• Collaborate with game leads and other disciplines to ensure effective working practices, cycle management, and progress culture for game studios.
• Identify issues that prevent the creation of outstanding games and correct course collaboratively.
• Spot and celebrate even the smallest wins and recognize team members.
• Define KPIs to assess testing efforts and overall quality while implementing needed changes.
• Lead requirement gathering and risk identification covering all relevant hazards.
• Drive all testing advancement activities: assessment, planning, execution, detailing, and completion.

• Passion for games with a commitment to quality.
• Deep knowledge of QA prerequisites, tools, and processes.
• Specialized testing experience.
• Experience designing test plans for complex systems or frameworks.
• Adaptability and teamwork with strong relational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• History of leading individuals and teams; understanding of designer motivations and goals; experience training and supervising teams.
• Ability to determine appropriate levels of contribution and switch between modes as needed.
• Comfort with shifting priorities and determining what matters most for your discipline and for Netflix as an organization.
• Major experience in multiple studios and global environments is a plus.
