As a Global Scientific Evidence Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Lead global evidence strategy
• Own the portfolio scientific narrative
• Partner cross-functionally and globally to identify evidence gaps across clinical, R&D, regulatory and marketing teams
• Shape evidence priorities
• Drive scientific engagement and education

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• RDH, DDS, DMD, BDS (or equivalent) AND 5 years of experience in the dental industry, clinical dentistry, scientific affairs, clinical research, evidence generation, professional education, product development, or medical device commercialization
• MS, PhD, or related advanced dental/scientific degree from an accredited institution
• Experience interpreting clinical, scientific, or technical information and translating it into clear recommendations, education, claims support, launch materials, or portfolio decision support
• 2-3 years of experience engaging clinicians, customers, investigators, academic advisors, KOLs, or professional education partners in a scientific, clinical, educational, advisory
• 2-3 years of experience understanding research objectives, materials, methods, endpoints, and outputs in both clinical and non-clinical research settings

The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
