Pro Sidian Seeks a Radiological Compliance Analyst [DOE
0111110] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Radiological Compliance Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support services for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role under Job Task Category 05 AMSE/AMSQ, with potential conversion to a full-time Pro Sidian W-2 position.

Location:

Pacific Northwest Region, Richland, Washington, with work primarily on-site at the Hanford Field Office.

Safety, environment, and quality services ensure compliance, protect workers, and advance Hanford’s cleanup mission.

• Analyze dosimetry, support ALARA planning, ensure compliance, and prepare reports for the Hanford Field Office.
• Provide services and support for Program Office #05 AMSE/AMSQ under Task #05.22 – Radiological Compliance Analyst with support functions across Electrical, Facility Representative, Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security Enforcement, Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Engineering (Radiological Protection, Structural, QA), and Regulatory/Technical Support Services.
• Review radiological control programs for compliance; ensure safety and regulatory standards are met to support the Hanford site’s safety and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain ALARA-related data packages; support program management activities related to radiological controls and compliance.
• Coordinate travel as approved by the Contracting Officer and in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations; work on-site at the Hanford Site with some remote support as approved.
• Adhere to security requirements, including facility clearances and DOE clearance levels as indicated for the work performed.
• Place of performance:
  Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA;
  Government-furnished resources provided on-site.

• 5–8+ years of radiological control experience; DOE experience preferred.
• BS in Health Physics or related field;
  Rad Worker qualified.
• Functional and technical experience in Environmental Management; experience supporting Oversight and General Support Services under AMSE/AMSQ is preferred.
• Skills:
  
  program and project management support, dosimetry, ALARA, survey interpretation.
• Competencies:
  
  accuracy, risk awareness, communication.
• Ancillary details: ability to work with ALARA data packs; radiological controls/compliance responsibilities; potential staffing fluctuations of +/-15%.

• Periodic field verifications required.
• Security/clearance: DOE clearance level as indicated for the work; facility clearance required for Pro Sidian team members; some work may be classified.
