We are currently seeking an experienced Security Officer (Door Supervisor) to join our team and play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors.

This is a high-responsibility position suited to individuals who are confident, vigilant, and able to operate calmly in fast-paced or sensitive environments.

As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact at the venue, responsible for controlling access, managing customer flow, and ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times. You will balance firm security presence with excellent customer service.

• Managing entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised and suitable individuals gain access
• Conducting s and verifying age restrictions
• Screening and searching individuals for prohibited items
• Monitoring behaviour and managing customers to maintain a safe environment
• Crowd control and supervision of customer arrivals
• Responding effectively to incidents and emergency situations
• Maintaining a professional, calm, and authoritative presence at all times

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Proven and extensive experience in a security role
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Capable of handling high-pressure or emergency situations calmly
