Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in advance planning discussions of new business pursuits; assist internal customers in establishing high‑level contract strategy and driving implementation of strategic contract opportunities.
  • Prepare teaming and non‑disclosure agreements.
  • Lead proposal administrative volume and support cost volume, pricing development, and OCI vetting.
  • Negotiate contracts and administer contract requirements, ensuring proper attainment in accordance with company policies.
  • Support subcontracts and purchasing personnel with compliant procurement processes and ensure proper flow‑down provisions.
  • Develop negotiation strategy and lead negotiations on complex contractual issues.
  • Champion contract policy and procedure revision and improvement.
  • Analyze significant or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Interface with internal functions to evaluate contract compliance and provide contractual advice to mitigate and resolve risk issues.
  • Assist during government audits and reviews.
  • Mentor and train less experienced professionals as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Government Contract Management.
  • Experience with FAR, DFARS, agency regulations, ITAR, and related federal customer regulations.
  • Experience generating and negotiating complex proposals/contracts.
  • Experience with T&M, Fixed Price, and Cost‑Type contracts.
  • Experience with OCI vetting and OCI plan development.
  • Effective negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project).
  • B.S. / B.A. (Master’s preferred).
  • Organized and systematic task‑management approach enabling timely closure of actions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CostPoint.
  • Experience with rate structures and pricing strategies.
Compensation
  • For Colorado only, the salary range for this position is approximately $119,000 to $135,000.
Other Compensation

K  may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may include sign‑on bonuses, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
