Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer at Blood Donation Center. This position focuses on customer service and security in a medical donation environment.
Responsibilities- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control.
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- 2 years of security officer experience.
- Corporate or Home Office security experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is advantageous.
- State security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (additional training during hiring).
- Location:
San Leandro, CA. - Schedule:
40 hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. - Competitive hourly wage of $22.45 / hour.
