Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer at Blood Donation Center. This position focuses on customer service and security in a medical donation environment.

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• 2 years of security officer experience.
• Corporate or Home Office security experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is advantageous.
• State security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (additional training during hiring).

• Schedule:
  
  40 hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22.45 / hour.
