HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Engineering Technician to work with our team in Crane, IN. The role will support System Prototyping and Manufacturing of various components. The selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced, cutting‑edge environment alongside a small engineering team.

• Program, set up and operate various manual as well as CNC machining equipment including 5-axis mill.
• Inspect and document under ISO 9001 requirements various parts using precision inspection equipment.
• Be willing to learn and utilize other various fabrication equipment as well as Forklift training and operation.
• Utilize and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.

• Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years related (DoD/USN) experience.
• G-Code programming knowledge
• Experience operating manual as well as CNC machining equipment including 5-axis machining center.
• Proficient in use of inspection equipment
• Able to interpret and create machined parts from detailed Drawings.
• Ability to work with others and add input to a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to work independently with little oversight or direction.

• Solidworks CAD/CAM experience
• 5-Axis Machining Center operation experience
