• Oversee regional corporate security programs, including facility risk assessments and event security
• Manage the Executive Security Program for senior leadership, ensuring digital and physical safety
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance with global security policies
• Provide training on travel security and corporate security standards
• Lead incident management and crisis response efforts, ensuring proper reporting and resolution

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate security, physical security, or resilience
• At least 8 years of experience in corporate or physical security roles, including risk assessments
• Experience managing executive security programs and travel risk management
• Knowledge of security best practices and international standards (e.g., ISO
  27001, ISO
  31030)
• Familiarity with compliance and assurance frameworks, with 2
  
  LOD experience preferred

• Professional security certifications or memberships (e.g., ASIS, OSAC)
• Regional or global experience in a multicultural business environment
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
