Salary: As a serving Police Officer, you will transfer on your existing pay point which will be between £31,164 and £50,256 per annum.
The South East Allowance payment of £2,000 per annum will also apply.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Surveillance Officers to join Hampshire Surveillance Unit (HSU).
To apply for this position you must already be an accredited Q1 Surveillance Officer.
HSU is a dedicated surveillance team and provides support to operations across the county (and beyond). The unit also supports local policing, major crime and other law enforcement agencies in response to serious crime.
This challenging and rewarding role requires applicants who can demonstrate an interest in proactive, intelligence-lead policing. You must be willing to work flexibly, in a team environment, whilst demonstrating skills and experience pertinent to the role of a surveillance operative.

- You must have successfully completed the two year probationary periodand the Policing Diploma,or your forces equivalent qualification at the point of application.
- Police constables will have already successfully completed a Q1 mobile surveillance course and have significant recent experience of deploying on live surveillance operations.
- To have successfully completed Surveillance log keeping.
- To have successfully completed the Police Standard and Advance Driving course.
- To have successfully complete a higher level of First Aid training.
- You must be a serving police officer from a Home Office Force
