You will oversee daily operations, ensuring security protocols are followed by employees and contractors. Your ability to conduct searches, operate surveillance equipment, and communicate policies effectively will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safety and health programs on site
• Monitor activities of employees for compliance
• Conduct access control and local surveillance
• Carry out investigations related to security issues
• Assist in training new Protective Services Officials
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in security roles
• Formal training in security or law enforcement
• Proficiency in CCTV and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to navigate remote work environments
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
