Monitoring Specialist at Safety Technologies

As a Monitoring Specialist I, you will ensure rapid response to alarm events, including burglary, fire, panic, and medical situations. Effective communication with customers, security teams, and emergency responders is crucial for dispatching appropriate assistance. This role allows flexible shifts and guarantees a minimum of 35 hours per week, with opportunities for advancement such as remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarm events and respond accordingly

• Communicate with customers and dispatch emergency services

• Handle various types of alarms effectively

• Provide additional safety services to enhance customer security

• Maintain professionalism during high-pressure situations

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in Google Workspace

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Experience in a monitoring or call center environment is a plus
