We are looking for an experienced leader to manage the security operations at a remote mine site. In this position, you will handle day-to-day security tasks, enforce compliance, and mentor a disciplined team. Strong experience in the mining sector is preferred, enabling a proactive approach to site security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily protection activities and assign Guard duties

• Oversee personnel screening and vehicle checks

• Conduct audits of patrol routes and activity reports

• Lead onboarding and mentoring for Senior Guards

• Coordinate emergency response during incidents and drills

Requirements:

• 5+ years in industrial or remote-site security

• Proven leadership in supervising security teams

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License and clean Class 5 Drivers License

• Proficient in MS Office and digital security systems

• Current Standard First Aid & CPR certification
