Director, Global Security - REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will oversee the strategy and execution of a global security program that protects people, assets, and operations across multiple regions. The role will shape enterprise-wide risk management, strengthen physical security standards, and partner closely with senior leaders to support business continuity. You will also guide executive protection, travel security, and incident response capabilities in a complex multinational environment.

Location:

Phoenix, AZ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually

• Lead the development and implementation of the global security strategy
• Identify and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk and threat management
• Establish security policies and standards across all regions
• Standardize site security risk assessments and physical asset protection measures
• Support crisis management and incident response during major events
• Define executive protection strategies and travel security programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field
• 20+ years of relevant functional experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment with executive protection and travel risk programs
• Master's degree or advanced professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI is a plus
