Director, Global Security - REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will shape and execute a comprehensive global security agenda that protects people, facilities, assets, and operations across multiple regions. The role will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risk, strengthen governance, and standardize security practices. It is well suited for a seasoned security leader who can combine strategic vision with hands‑on operational oversight in a complex, global environment.

The position also plays a key role in crisis preparedness, incident response, executive protection, and travel security, helping ensure business continuity and a consistent security posture worldwide.

Location:

Dayton, OH

Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually

• Lead the development of global security strategy and operations
• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks
• Establish and standardize security policies and operating models across all regions
• Oversee physical security systems and ensure effective facility and asset protection
• Support crisis management and incident response for major events
• Define and implement executive protection strategies and travel security programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field
• 20+ years of relevant functional experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs
