Hawk Ford of Carol Stream is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois, We are looking for a full-time Mobile Service Technician, you will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and identify the cause of breakdowns and repair them using the most optimal solutions. Salary: $50,000-$70,000

• Service Vehicles: in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance and other service repair concerns, in accordance with dealer and manufacturer recommendations.
• Customer Service-Assist customers who need repairs for their vehicle by ordering parts, diagnosing problems, performing vehicle operations tests and installing new components.
• Communication-Communicate with the supervisor on a regular basis about work performed, necessary changes, new parts needed or any other concerns related to repair or maintenance work on vehicles.
• Knowledge-Maintain required knowledge and skills in automotive maintenance by attending workshops, seminars or other classes to ensure the work completed is of the highest quality.
• Mobile Van-Maintain a clean work environment by keeping mobile van clean and always organized as well as a well-organized workspace set up at the location of customers.
• Safety-Follow all safety requirements and local and federal standards when it comes to disposing of hazardous or toxic materials.
