Field Service Engineer – Chicago, IL (Company Vehicle)

Field Service Engineers supported by Videojet, a Veralto company, will provide on‑site service and support with a company‑provided vehicle while traveling within a 2‑hour radius of Chicago.

• Travel and support customers remotely to maintain and troubleshoot Videojet equipment.
• Install products and solutions at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment problems.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and promote service agreements.

• At least 2 years of technical experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Basic computer skills: email, software, MS Word.

Fully remote with field travel; will operate from home office and travel within the Chicago region. Overnight travels will be supported with company‑approved accommodations.

Hourly rate $28.00–$30.00 plus bonus opportunities. Salary determined by experience, qualifications and location.
