Service Maintenance Representative

Our client, a leading Mechanical Contractor specializing in Commercial & Industrial HVAC & Plumbing, is seeking an energetic Service Maintenance Representative to join their vibrant team. This role is crucial in maintaining client relationships and expanding the company's client base. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive base salary, commission, and full employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and a $500/month car allowance & gas card.

• Prospecting and selling HVAC & Plumbing Service Maintenance Contracts.
• Managing a territory from Everett to Tacoma.
• Setting appointments from home or office, conducting walk-ins, contacting previous customers, and cross-selling.
• Utilizing various channels such as WA state permit sites to bring in projects from "Cold to Sold".
• Participating in weekly meetings, typically on Fridays.

• At least 2 years of experience selling Commercial/Industrial HVAC service contracts.
• Comfortable with a territory covering from Everett to Tacoma.
• Ability to work from home or office, conduct walk-ins, contact past customers, cross-sell, and use various resources to generate leads.
• Willingness to participate in weekly meetings, typically on Fridays.
• Must pass a company drug test.
