* Position Summary:

This
** part-time role averages approximately 20 hours per week**. While weekly scheduling is flexible, the SLP
** must be available for work between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM (Arkansas time)
** to support school-day needs.

** Responsibilities:
*** Screen and evaluate students with language difficulties or delayed development.
* Provide speech and language services in alignment with each student’s IEP.
* Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team to review eligibility for students with speech and language needs.
* Prepare lesson plans aligned to IEP goals in collaboration with classroom teachers.
* Complete all required local, state, and federal documentation for student caseloads.
* Act as a resource for teachers, parents, and administrators on speech and language needs.
* Participate in initial and ongoing training for speech and language paraprofessionals.
** Qualifications &

Competencies:

*** Master’s degree with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency)
* Additional certification for working with students with speech and/or language disabilities
* Valid Arkansas Standard Certification in speech pathology
** and
* * a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card    
** OR
* ** State license issued by the Arkansas Department of Health as a Speech-Language Therapist/Pathologist
** and
* * a Clearance 1 (IVP) Fingerprint Card
