The Navigator/Case Manager for Thriving Fathers & Families works directly with fathers by providing case management, individualized assessment, and strengths-based goal planning and implementation. In this role you will also coordinate and facilitate trainings and other father-child enrichment activities for participants and their families, and work in close collaboration with other Thriving Fathers & Families Project staff to ensure effective service coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- Three years of experience working in a strengths-based environment with fathers and families required.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.
- Experience in community collaboration and networking a preferred.

- Compensation Hourly:
Range is between $20.78-$23.09/hour; offers are commensurate with experience. Bilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.

- Location: Hybrid (remote/community-based); outreach and event participation required in Winnebago County with opportunities to work remotely when not attending on-site meetings or events. Home office is at our Rockford location.
- Schedule: Full-time, hourly; general business hours with some flexibility for special projects & events
