Psychiatry & Wellness of Georgia (PWG) is a growing outpatient mental-health practice based in Roswell, GA, serving patients across the state through both telepsychiatry and in-person visits. Our mission is to deliver accessible, high-quality, and compassionate care by empowering nurse practitioners, therapists, and clinical teams with strong medical and administrative support.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Supervising Psychiatrist licensed in Georgia to provide collaborative oversight for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN / PMHNP) delivering psychiatric services under state collaboration requirements.
This role is primarily administrative and consultative—ideal for a psychiatrist seeking a flexible, low-volume supervisory relationship with strong operational support and automated compliance tracking.
ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical collaboration and chart review in compliance with Georgia Composite Medical Board rules.
Review and co-sign a small percentage of charts per regulatory requirements.
Be available for periodic consultation and clinical guidance to collaborating NPs.
Participate in credentialing documentation, policy compliance, and quarterly quality reviews.
Maintain appropriate medical licensure, DEA registration, and malpractice coverage.
QualificationsActive Georgia Medical License (MD or DO).
Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Eligible for or holding DEA registration.
Comfortable supporting PMHNPs in outpatient and telehealth settings.
Strong communication, documentation, and compliance orientation.
Compensation & TermsContract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
