About the Role

As a Family Safeguarding Social Worker, you’ll work in a truly multi‑disciplinary team alongside domestic abuse practitioners, recovery workers, psychologists, and other professionals using motivational interviewing and strengths‑based approaches.

  • Managing complex cases and court proceedings
  • Building strong relationships with families and children
  • Delivering high‑quality, relationship‑based social work
  • Creating long‑term positive change in children’s lives
