Registered manager SWIIS Foster Care England Role Description
The Supervising Social Worker will be responsible for managing a caseload. This is a full-time hybrid role, based around the Mansfield/Nottinghamshire area with the option for some remote working.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of social work principles, fostering regulations, and safeguarding policies.
- Case management, assessment writing, and supervisory skills to support foster carers effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in relationship-building and teamwork to collaborate with carers, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple caseloads efficiently.
- A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and previous experience in fostering or working with children and families.
- Willingness to travel as required and access to a reliable vehicle.
