Intakes Specialist

• Receive case referrals and perform intake and placement for eligible program participants
• Answer emergency hotline calls and respond to an email‑based resource inbox
• Analyze complex requests to place participants into the appropriate level of care
• Maintain confidential files and document case information accurately
• Prepare shift reports and coordinate status updates on case intakes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

• Experience working with immigrant, refugee, and underserved populations
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
