Foster Care Worker at TFI Family Services

Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. If you have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with at least two years of experience in the human services field, or a master’s degree in a human services field, we want to hear from you! We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role.

Day In The Life

As a Foster Care Worker, you will support children and families, ensuring they thrive in safe and nurturing environments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Collaborating with foster parents to provide training,, and ongoing support for both families and children in their care.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating progress with the agency.
