✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Supervisor at our Rite Care Program, in Michigan. ✨
Rite Care provides after-school and in-home intervention services designed to support at‑risk youth. Our students attend the Evening Learning Centers and Juvenile Success Centers, where they participate in evidence‑based groups, skill‑building sessions, tutoring, mentoring, case management, and other structured activities during the critical hours most associated with high‑risk behaviors. Our program serves youth currently involved in the Juvenile Justice System who need additional community support to build positive life skills and pathways to success.
Compensation$80,000/yr

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and oversight to limited‑license clinical staff, ensuring compliance with state and Medicaid guidelines. This position is responsible for reviewing and signing off on case notes, treatment plans, and documentation to maintain quality and continuity of care. The Clinical Supervisor will train, mentor, and support clinical staff in best practices, with a strong understanding of Michigan Medicaid requirements and standards.
This is a remote position, requiring occasional travel for training or program needs. While the role does not carry a regular caseload, the Clinical Supervisor may conduct telehealth sessions as needed to support program operations or client service delivery. The position reports to the Program Director.
To be considered you should- Have a master’s degree in related field
- Be licensed as a LMSW in Michigan
- Have at least 2 years’ experience working with at-risk youth
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP Driver. Must possess a current state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test
1pm-9pm Monday
