Position Overview

We are seeking a Local Success Coach to support Host Families and Au Pairs in your community. You will play a vital role in building strong relationships with families and Au Pairs from around the world.

Employment Type
  • Part-time, approximately 1.4 hours per week
  • Remote work from home
  • Independent contractor (1099/self‑employed)
  • Candidates must reside within a one‑hour drive of Jacksonville, FL
Compensation Structure

Your compensation is tiered based on the number of active families you support. Currently, there are 5 active families in the Jacksonville, FL area.

  • For 5 active families, you can expect to earn approximately $4,500 per year, working around 1.4 hours per week.
  • If you grow your cluster to at least 11 families, your hours will increase to about 3.0 per week, with an estimated yearly compensation of $9,300.

As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly payments for the deliverables submitted for the previous month. The compensation range provided is an estimate based on the current number of clients in your area, and the hourly rate equivalent is approximately $60, which may fluctuate based on client changes throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing information and support to families during the matching process
  • Explaining program regulations, policies, and rules to Host Families and Au Pairs
  • Conducting in‑home family interviews and site visits to ensure understanding of program regulations
  • Facilitating in‑home orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival
  • Maintaining regular communication with families and Au Pairs through phone and in‑person interactions
  • Organizing cultural events in the local area for Au Pairs
  • Collaborating with headquarters staff to support families and Au Pairs
  • Building personal relationships with families and Au Pairs while ensuring high‑quality communication
  • Executing marketing initiatives in coordination with headquarters
  • Assisting in crisis and conflict situations with professionalism
  • Supporting families and Au Pairs in conflict resolution and issue management
Required Skills and Attributes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Access to a home computer/laptop and reliable internet
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Interest in international exchange and education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in counseling and conflict resolution
  • Interest in marketing and community engagement
  • Access to a tablet for in‑home visits and orientations
Training and Onboarding

To ensure you are well‑prepared for your role, you will undergo a comprehensive training program.

Initial Training (First Two Months)
  • Learn about the Au Pair program, rules, and regulations.
  • Participate in paid training (approximately 4 hours per week) involving reading, videos, self‑exercises, and meetings with training personnel. During this time, a mentor will support your area until you are ready to take over.
Advanced Training (10 Weeks, Approximately 6 Months In)
  • Focus on the matching process and how to assist families in finding the right Au Pair.
  • This paid training will be approximately 3.5 hours per week and will include reading, self‑exercises, and meetings with training personnel.
