Greek Operational Collections Specialist

We are looking for Operational Collections Specialists with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

• Able to work full time;
• Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Experience with MS Office package;
• Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage);
• Work experience in debt collections (would be an advantage);
• Additional language skills (would be an advantage);
• Quick learner and good problem solver;
• Attention to details and tech-savvy.
