We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Permanence Team, supporting children in care. This locum role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, excellent supervision, and the chance to work alongside a stable, supportive team. Deliver high-quality social work support to children in care, ensuring their safety, stability, and wellbeing.

Work closely with families, colleagues, and multi-agency partners to create and maintain permanence plans for children.

Prepare and maintain accurate case records in line with local authority policies and statutory requirements.

Advocate for children’s welfare, ensuring their voices are heard in care planning and decision-making.

Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and training events to support continuous professional development.

Collaborate with permanent Team Managers and experienced social workers to ensure best outcomes for children.
