Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Independent Social Worker. The individual in this role will conduct thorough social work assessments and prepare detailed, impartial reports to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities also include collaborating with families, service users, and professionals to design and implement support plans, as well as offering expert consultation on complex cases. The role ensures adherence to policies and safeguarding standards while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Work practice, including conducting assessments, creating reports, and planning interventions
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures, child and family systems, and risk management
• Organizational and time management skills to manage casework and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance required
• Experience working with diverse demographics and navigating complex social work challenges
• Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical practice
• Proficiency with digital tools and software for remote work and reporting
