Provider Growth

As a Provider Growth Associate, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our network of therapists and counselors. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding providers through the process of managing or starting their private practices with the help of our powerful SaaS platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your drive for achieving goals with your passion for mental health.

• Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries (100+ monthly) from providers eager to learn how Tava Health can support their practice.
• Conduct 30+ engaging and informative meetings each week, carefully determining which providers are a good fit for our unique offerings. You'll consider factors like their license type, where they are in their practice journey, and their location.
• Respond promptly to prospects, within the same day of their outreach, and build rapport with providers through consistent communication and support throughout the onboarding and early adoption process.
• Consistently meet and exceed your weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, playing a vital role in Tava Health's overall growth.
• Working in a startup means things change quickly, and goals can pivot as we continue to hone in on our ideal customers. Being flexible and adapting to change with excitement and a growth mentality are important qualities to bring to this role.

• 1–3 years of experience in consultative sales is a plus, but we encourage motivated entry‑level candidates to apply.
