Alongside this, you’ll gain hands‑on digital and data experience, build your leadership skills, and contribute to projects that have a real, lasting impact.

What You Will Gain

  • A funded place on one of the UK’s most respected youth leadership programmes
  • Hands‑on experience in digital systems, data, LMS content design, migration projects and organisational development
  • Coaching, mentoring, training, and a chance to shape real improvements in how we support young people
