• Have 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare, leadership, management, government, or corporate environments
• Have carried responsibility for a long time and are ready for work that fits life more sustainably
• Are drawn to advisory, consulting, or people-centred strategic work
• Are comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment
• Value clarity, depth, and long-term development over hype or hustle culture
• Are legally eligible to work in Canada or the United States
