We have exciting opportunities for fully remote skilled specialists to join our award-winning teams.

As a Payment and Account Resolutions Specialist, youll work within a high-performing team to support domestic customers who are experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills. Youll negotiate tailored repayment options, provide energy advice, and deliver empathetic, solution-focused support.

• Experience managing difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a wider team.
• Excellent numerical, spoken, and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
• Highly effective negotiation skills.
• Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Applications.
• A suitable, dedicated place to work at home (private you wont get interrupted), with natural light, desk chair, and an excellent broadband connection.
• 6 months fully remote working experience.
