• Assess risk and develop protection plans for children and young people.
• Implement safeguarding strategies using the family safeguarding model.
• Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

• Qualified Social Worker with full registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working in statutory child protection or safeguarding.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
