Responsibilities

• Design and review psychiatry-focused questions and scenarios grounded in real-world clinical practice.
• Apply psychiatric expertise to evaluate accuracy, safety, and clinical relevance of AI-generated responses.
• Contribute domain knowledge to help train advanced AI systems in diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, and mental health assessment.
• Review and refine prompts to ensure alignment with evidence-based psychiatric frameworks and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve structured evaluations and high-quality training datasets.

• Strong professional experience practicing psychiatry.
• Deep understanding of psychiatric diagnosis, pharmacology, and clinical decision-making.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate clinical reasoning.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment when working with sensitive mental health topics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous research environment.
