What you will do:

Manage a caseload within a vibrant child protection team, focusing on delivering impactful social work interventions.

Engage with children in need, at risk, in care, or with disabilities, ensuring their safety and promoting positive outcomes.

Collaborate with families and other agencies to develop effective care plans aimed at safeguarding children.

Maintain accurate and current records of interactions, assessments, and care plans.

Contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions, sharing your insights and experiences.
