• Manage a caseload with complex cases in a safeguarding context.
• Collaborate with senior managers who provide regular supervision and support.
• Contribute to an integrated safeguarding team within a central belt council.

• Qualified and registered with the Scottish Social Services.
• Experience in safeguarding and handling a caseload with varying complexity.

• Remote work: work from home 4 days a week; 2 office days per week.
• Loyalty bonus: pay top-up of at least £1 per hour above the standard council rate.
