Are you organised, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to join our fast‑paced team supporting children and families across Telford and Wrekin
.
- Provide top-tier admin support to frontline teams in Children’s Safeguarding
, Family Support
, and Education & Skills
. - Minute meetings, manage data, and handle sensitive information with confidence.
- Collaborate with professionals across services and help drive continuous improvement.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, databases, etc.)
- Excellent communication and time management
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
