This is to ensure a seamless transition between cases moving up, down and across the thresholds of need, between Social Care and the Early Help arena. Facilitating best practice and safe working across a range of teams and agencies.

The post will also be part of a supporting the management team, in responding to referrals requiring an 'early help' approach. In addition, for this role you will need to demonstrate that you have supervisory experience and are able to manage staff that work directly with families across the 0-19 age range.

'In addition to a comprehensive suite of employee benefits, this salary includes a Recruitment and Retention supplement of 15%.
